Returns and Exchanges

Here at Artsy Princess we want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns with 10 days of delivery.

EXCEPTION:

All CUSTOM item sales are FINAL.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original , unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
  • Final sale items, such as CUSTOM ITEMS cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee tht we will receive your returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at artsyprincess33@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.
