Processing Time All of our products are made to order through our manufacturer. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and demand.
Shipping Rates We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. Currently we are offering free shipping for $75 minimum orders.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. If you order multiple items, your items may ship in separate packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our manufacturer to resolve the issue.
